Return & Refund Policy (UK Customers Only)

1. Return Policy

  • You have the right to request a return within 30 calendar days from the day you receive your order.

  • To be eligible for a return:
    • Items must be in original packaging, with all tags attached.
    • Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in resalable condition.
    • Faulty or incorrect items are also eligible for return.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
  • We recommend using tracked postage as we cannot accept liability for lost returns.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed within 15 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
  • Refunds may be refused or reduced if the returned items are not in line with our return conditions.

3. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Goods

  • If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us immediately with photos or videos.
  • Depending on the issue, we may:
    • Offer a replacement,
    • Provide a partial refund if you wish to keep the item, or
    • Arrange for a return and full refund, including reasonable return postage costs.

4. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are non-returnable unless faulty:

  • Goods sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons (if unsealed after delivery).
  • Clearance, final sale, or marked non-returnable products.

5. Refused or Uncollected Deliveries

If you refuse delivery or fail to collect your parcel from the courier depot, the return costs may be deducted from your refund.

6. Your Legal Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your right to a refund for faulty or misdescribed goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
